The Official Secrets (Prohibited Place) Order, 1954

In pursuance of the power conferred upon me by section three of the Official Secrets Act, 1911(a), as amended by section ten of the Official Secrets Act, 1920(b), I hereby make the following Order:—

1. Each of the places specified in the Schedule to this Order, being a place belonging to or used for the purposes of Her Majesty, is declared to be a prohibited place for the purposes of section three of the Official Secrets Act, 1911, on the ground that information with respect thereto, or damage thereto, would be useful to an enemy.

2. This Order may be cited as the Official Secrets (Prohibited Place) Order, 1954, and shall come into operation on the fifteenth day of March, 1954.
