AND UPON READING the written evidence filed

IT IS ORDERED that:

  1. the European Community judgment dated (date) in which it was ordered that (state the terms of the judgment) be registered in the Queen's Bench Division of the High Court of Justice under the European Communities (Enforcement of Community Judgments) Order 1972.

  1. The name and address for service of the person who applied for registration is (name and address).

  1. There is exhibited and appended hereto

(a) a copy of the said registered Community judgment, and

(b) a copy of the order by or under the authority of the Secretary of State for its enforcement.

  1. (In the case of a Community judgment which is a money judgment) The judgment debtor has a right to apply within 28 days after service of this Order upon him for the variation or cancellation of the Order under Rule 74.23 on the ground that at the date of registration the judgment had been partly or wholly satisfied.
