Order for the issue of witness summons under section 36

[AND UPON READING the witness statement of (name) dated (date)]

[UPON HEARING……..]

AND UPON IT APPEARING to the Court that it is proper to compel the personal attendance at the trial of a witness namely (name) who may not be within the jurisdiction of the Court

IT IS HERBY ORDERED THAT a witness summons shall issue in special form under section 36(1) of the Senior Courts Act 1981, namely in Form PF120A, commanding the said witness to attend the trial wherever he/she shall be within the United Kingdom.

AND IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that such witness summons shall, in accordance with section 36(2) of the said Act, have at its foot a statement to the effect that it is issued by the special order of the High Court.
