Appeal under Regulation 29 of the Railways Infrastructure
(Access and Management) Regulations 2005 (“the
Regulations”) – access to the Port of Felixstowe where
Felixstowe Dock and Railway Company (“FDRC”) is the
Service Provider
1. I am writing to inform you that the Office of Rail Regulation has today
made its determination of the appeal made by DB Schenker Rail (UK) Limited
(“DBS”).
2. I enclose a copy of the determination, which will be published on our
web site shortly.
3. I am copying this letter to Nigel Oatway at DBS and Andrew Harston at
Hutchison Ports (UK) Limited.
