philips v. sandford. Attornment denied but in some cases.-Chancellor Bromely likewise denied such compulsion generally, but where the party quarrelled with the particular tenant's estate, or entereth into some part of the lands in demise, or hath covenanted for recompense for non-attornment, there he utterly denieth to inforce the attornment (Pasche, 21 Eliz.
