relating to the Pilotage Outport Districts
under the jurisdiction

the Corporation
of
the
Trinity House
of
Deptford Strond.

HEREAS the Board of Trade have made the Pilotage
Orders set forth in the schedule hereto under the
provisions
of

Orders should be confirmed by Parliament

it therefore enacted by the King's most Excellent
Majesty

and with the advice and consent
of
the
Lords
Spiritual and Temporal and Commons in this present
Parliament assembled and by the authority
of
the same
as follows
:-

The Pilotage Orders as amended
and
set out
in
the

schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby confirmed

desire direct representation

the Committee they sliall signify
the fact in writing to the Authority and the Authority shall

there are not less than and may if there are less than six
licensed pilot? appoint as an additional sub-commissioner a
person who
is
or has been a licensed pilot who shall be elected
in manner as
may
be agreed between the licensed pilots and the
Authority or in default of agreement
as
may be prescribed
by
the Board
of
Trade provided tlrat
if
licensed pilots are representetl
on the Committee
and
if none of the members appointed under
subsection
(1)
of this 5ection is a shipowner
or
a
person interested
in shipping the Authority shall appoint such a person
