rail-
ways
and
works
authorised by t,he Port Talbot Railway
and Docks Act 1894 the Port Talbot Railway and
Docks (Ogmore Valleys Extension) Act 1896
and
the
Port Talbot Railway and Docks (South Wales Mineral
Railway Junction) Act 1896 and
for
other purposes.

HEREAS by the Port Talbot Railway and
Eocks

the Port Talbot
Company were dissolved and re-incorporated under the name
of
the
Port Talbot Railway and Docks Company (herein-after referred
to as "the Company
")
for
the purposes of improviug the
port
and harbour
of
Port
'l'albct and the accemes thereto and also for the
development
of
the traffic in connexion t,herewith
to
improve the
existing
dcclc
and to construct and maint~iri
a
new ciock
and
certain
railways amongst others three railways

Garw Branch

the Great Western Railway (South Wales Division)

And whereas by the Port Talbot Itailway and Docks (South
Wales Mineral Railway Junction) Act is96 (in this Act called

of
the several railways
herein-before referred

it was found expedient to make certain
deviatims therein by arrangement with
the
owners lessees and
occupiers of the lands
in
which the respective deviations wvre
made and it
is
expedient
that
those deviationd should bo confirmed

And whereas the said new dock is opened
for
traffic and
all
the
authorised railways as
so
deviated with the exception
of
Railway

expedient that the time for constructing the
