Telegraph and telephone wires, the property of the Postmaster-General, situate in the division of Downpatrick, in the County of Down, were maliciously damaged. The necessary repair work was executed by four employees of the applicant: —Held, that the Postmaster-General was entitled to be paid compensation in respect of the amount of men's wages, time of salaried officer, and establishment charges.
