THE PRICE CONTROL (REGULATION OF DISPOSAL OF STOCKS) (ISLE OF MAN) ORDER, 1944.PRESENT,

His Majesty, in pursuance of Section 1 of the Isle of Man (War Legislation) Act, 1939, and of all powers enabling Him in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of His Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—
6 & 7 Geo. 6. c. 47.
1. The Price Control (Regulation of Disposal of Stocks) Act, 1943, shall extend to the Isle of Man subject to the modifications and adaptations specified in the Schedule to this Order.
2. This Order may be cited as "The Price Control (Regulation of Disposal of Stocks) (Isle of Man) Order, 1944".

1. For the words "Board of Trade" there shall be substituted the word "Governor" and for the word "they" there shall be substituted the word "he".
2. References to Acts of Parliament shall be construed as references to those Acts as extended by Order in Council to the Isle of Man with...
