The Property Services Agency Supplies Trading Fund Order 1976 (Revocation) Order 1991

Coming into force 31th March 1991

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on himby section 1(1) of the Government Trading Funds Act 19731and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf,with the concurrence of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Order,a draft of which has been laid before the House of Commons and has beenapproved by a resolution of that House in accordance with section 6(2)of that Act:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Property Services Agency SuppliesTrading Fund Order 1976 (Revocation) Order 1991 and shall come intoforce on 31st March 1991.

The Property Services Agency Supplies Trading Fund Order 1976established a trading fund in respect of the Crown Suppliers (then knownas the Supplies Division of the Property Services Agency). This Orderrevokes the 1976 Order.


(1) 1973 c. 63, by virtue of section 5(3) of the GovernmentTrading Act 1990 (c. 30), none of the amendments made by the GovernmentTrading Act 1990 affects the operation of the Trading Funds Act 1973 inrelation to the Crown Suppliers.
