Car al common ley prisel del second Benefice ne fait le primer void quant al prisel dea profits, tanque sentence declaratory, mes solement quant al Patron ; iisint qua il poet a son Eleccon presenter. Secondment. Les parols del Statute font ceo cleere qoe serra void forac^ quant al Patron, The first Benefice shall be adjudged to be void serra void secundum subjectam materiam, ceo est come le circumstance require.
