S. port un action de debt versus B. purrent, & declare, que un John Sury lease divers terrs al defendant pur 25 ans, rendont, & payont pro inde annuatim durante dicto termino prsefato Johan Sury, & assign suis tant de rent. John levy un fine de touts terrs, queux fuere demise al B. al auter a q^ B. atturne, & Tauter grant c al plaintiff, a que auxi Tauter atturne, & pur rent arrere le plaintiff port c action. Defendant plead un assignment del Tessee p fayt endented gerend date, &c. sur q, le plaintiff demur?. Le primer exception al declaration, quia la vie del lessor nest averre, & le question est si le rent ad continue apres le mort de J. Et si deux tenants in common grant 20s. rent al auter, le grantee avera 40s. Mes si ils joyne en lease pur ans rendont 20s. rent, ils n'avera pluis. 10 E. 4. 1. 10 Rep. Clum's case.
