On an application by motion for bail pending the hearing of their appeals at the next Quarter Sessions by two prisoners who were convicted of petty offences and sentenced to terms of imprisonment by a Court of summary jurisdiction, and who at the time of the application were actually serving their sentences, Held, that s. 23 of the Petty Sessions (Ir.)
