Crown witness suspected of complicity in the offence - No proof of complicity - Whether witness should have been put forward as a credible witness.
The duty of the Crown to inform the defence of the bad character of a crown witness does not extend to a case where the crown suspect, but have no evidence to prove, that a witness was an accomplice in the commission of the offence.
