REASONS FOR THE DECISION OF THE RENT ASSESSMENT COMMITTEE
The Decision in Summary
1. For the reasons given below, the Rent Assessment Committee determined on 24th
October 2023 that the rent at which the dwelling might reasonably be expected to
be let in the open market by a willing landlord under the same type of relevant
converted contract on 27th July 2023 is £1,500 per calendar month. In accordance
with the law, the rent of £1,500 per calendar month is payable from 27th July 2023.
