Introducon
1. Ms Deborah Parker (“the Applicant”) made an applicaon for the determinaon of the
proposed rent increase in respect of her occupaon of the property known as Flat 1, 31
Clion Road, Llandudno, LL30 2YH (“the Property”).
2. The Applicant’s occupaon of the property commenced on the 1st of September 2014.
3. By way of a noce dated the 12th of September 2023 the landlord for the rst me since
the tenancy commenced sought to increase the rent from £460 per calendar month to
