Introducon
1. Ms Deborah Parker (“the Applicant”) made an applicaon for the determinaon of the
proposed rent increase in respect of her occupaon of the property known as Flat 1, 31
Clion Road, Llandudno, LL30 2YH (“the Property”).
2. The Applicant’s occupaon of the property commenced on the 1st of September 2014.
3. By way of a noce dated the 12th of September 2023 the landlord for the rst me since
the tenancy commenced sought to increase the rent from £460 per calendar month to
