Notice-
Rochester station
1.
On
1 September 2015 the Department for Transport asked the Office of Rail
Regulation (ORR) to ratify the proposal to close Rochester station.
2.

satisfied that:
a)
There has been no failure or defect
in
the consultation; and
b)
The proposal satisfies the criteria set out
in
the relevant part of the closure
3. Having considered the overall proposal, hereby ratify the closure of Rochester
station.

5. Under ORR's powers
in
of
Rochester
station to display this notice at the station for a period of 4 weeks following the date
of this notice.
In
addition, I require the operator of the stations
in
the area affected
by the
closure-
Chatham, Ebbsfleet International, Faversham, London St Pancras
International, Stratford International and Strood stations -to display this notice at
those stations for the same period.
