raynes versus lewes. The Bill was brought by a Feme Covert against her Husband, to be relieved concerning a separate Maintenance agreed to be paid to her by her Husband. The Defendant demurred, for that'she sued without her Husband; but for the Eeason aforesaid the Demurrer was over-ruled. [S. C. 1 Chan. Cas. 35.]
