The testator devised and bequeathed certain leaseholds to trustees upon trust to pay the income therefrom to his two nieces "whilst they remain unmarried and upon the marriage of one of them to hold the same upon trust as to the share of the one so marrying to settle the same upon her for life with power to appoint among her children and to pay the balance of the income to the one remaining unmarried while she shall so remain and upon her marriage to settle the same upon her upon the same trusts."
