The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty, by virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 14 of the Administration of Justice Act 1920(a) or otherwise in Her Majesty vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—
1. This Order may be cited as the Reciprocal Enforcement of Judgments (Administration of Justice Act 1920, Part II) (Consolidation) Order 1984 and shall come into operation on 8th February 1984.
2. Part II of the Administration of Justice Act 1920 shall extend to the countries and territories specified in Schedule 1 to this Order.
3. The Orders specified in Schedule 2 to this Order are hereby revoked.
