Statutes made at Westminster, Anno 32 Hen VIII. and Anno Dom.1540. All Decrees and Ordinances, which according to God's Word, and Christ's Gospel, by the King's Advice and Confirmation by his Letters Patents, shall be made and ordained by the Archbishops, Bishops and Doctors appointed, or to be appointed, in and upon the Matter of Christian Religion and Christian Faith, and the lawful Rites, Ceremonies and Observations of the same, shall be in every Point thereof believed, obeyed and performed to all Intents and Purposes, upon the Pains therein comprised.
