facilities

crime

estates

well

areas
should

available
close
to
home,
protected
from
motor
vehicles,
as
well
as
supervised
adventure
play
areas
for
older
children.

should

paid
to
single
parent
households
and
the
needs
of
families
in
multi-storey
blocks.
