Dear Kara
I write further to Paul McMahon's letter dated 4 March 2010 which enclosed a copy of DBS'
appeal to ORR under Regulation 29 of the Railways Infrastructure (Access and Management)
Regulations 2005 and which offered Network Rail the opportunity to make representations as
an interested party.
As it currently stands, Network Rail does not intend to make any representations, however we
would be available to respond to any questions or issues which ORR may wish to direct to
Network Rail on this subject in the future.
