Sections 26 and 28 of the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986

This is the form to complete if you wish to respond to a Notice of Application for consent to the operation of a Notice to Quit under Sections 26(1), 28(2), 28(4) or 44(1) of the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 (“the Act”).

Your response must be received by the tribunal within 28 days of receiving notice of the application.

Your response and accompanying documents must be delivered to the tribunal office by post or hand delivery. You should also include an additional copy of your response and accompanying documents for the use of the tribunal. Emailed and faxed copies will not be accepted without prior arrangement with the tribunal and must be followed by hard copies via the post or hand delivery. You must also send copies of your response and accompanying documents, by post or hand delivery, directly to the applicant(s), and any other respondent(s).
