Majefty, for repairing the High Road
leading
from the City of Durham in
the County " Durham, to Tyne Bridge in the faid

: And whereas
another Aft was paffed in the Thirteenth Year of the Reign of His pre-
fent Majefty, intituled An ABfor
enlarging
the Terms and Powers of Two *3G.$.c.99.
A£ts of the Twentieth and Twenty-fixth Tears of the Reign of His late
Majefty, for repairing the High Road
leading
from the City gf Durham in

whereby it was
enafted, that the Term granted and continued by the laid former Afts
for the Repair of the faid Road, fhould be continued for the further Term
