the Powers of an Act, parTed ia the Twenty-
fifth Year of His prefent Majefty, for repairing
the Roads from a Place called Piffs Elm. in the
Tewkflury Turnpike Road, through Cheltenham
to Elfion Churchy and other Roads therein men-
tioned, in the County of Gloucefter.

the Tolis gramed by the faid Aft, great Part of which ftill remains due
