Factor loco tutoris—Collation.

JOHN ROBERTSON died in 1840, leaving four children in pupillarity; and Captain Alexander Robertson was appointed their factor loco tutoris. The only heritage belonging to the deceased was a lease which would have expired in 1843, and the value of which was estimated at £300. The moveable succession, including the stocking on the farm, was valued at £4000. It having been judged expedient to renounce the lease for a consideration, the Court authorized the factor loco tutoris to do so; and also, on the part of the eldest son, to collate the right of lease with the younger children; and, on the part of the younger children, to collate the moveable succession with their eldest brother as heir.
