Reasons
1. By way of a letter dated the 3rd May 2022, the Respondent seeks permission to appeal
the tribunal’s decision dated the 13th April 2022 (“the Decision”)
2. The letter was accompanied by grounds of appeal which set out the basis of the
Respondent’s request for permission to appeal. There are two grounds upon which
permission to appeal is sought. They are both set out below.
