The Scottish Agricultural Securities Corporation (Specified Day for Repeals) Order 1991
Made 28th August 1991
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1(4) of the Agriculture and Forestry (Financial Provisions) Act 19911, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Scottish Agricultural Securities Corporation (Specified Day for Repeals) Order 1991.
2. The 25th September 1991 is specified as the day on which the repeals in Part III of the Schedule to the Agriculture and Forestry (Financial Provisions) Act 1991 shall take effect.

(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order brings into effect on 25th September 1991 the repeals in Part III of the Schedule to the Agriculture and Forestry (Financial Provisions) Act 1991. On the same day the repeals in Part IV of that Schedule so far as relating to the Scottish Agricultural Securities Corporation, also take effect by virtue of section 1(5) of that Act.
