Et donque John & Peter Hoskias Covenant in Manner and Form following, que John Hoskins est seisie de bon perfect & indefeasible estate in Fee-simple in cest terre; & que il ou Peter Hoskins avoit bone & loyal Authority a vender ceo, & n'est ascun reversion ou remainder de cest terre in le Corone per ascun act fait per John Hoskins, ou Peter Hoakins ou ascun de eux: Le Plaintiff assign le breach, que John C. P. n.-5* 1S8 MICH. 3 CAR. IN COMMUNI BANCO LITTLETON, 63. Hoskins ne fnit seisie de bou estate in Feeaitnple, & que ils avoient polar &e. per aacun act fait per eux lour beira & Assigns, & le Plaintiffs demur. Henden pur le Plaintiff.
