deceased, Spouse of the also deceased n
Sir Andrew Lauder, of
Fountainhall,
Baronet, did with the Entail,°dated
special Advice and Consent of the said Sir Andrew Lauder, 4th August
and also with the special Advice and Consent of Mrs. Ann
Seton,
Lady 1757.
Grange,
the Mother of her the said Isabel Dick, by a Deed of Entail
bearing Date the Fourth and ratified the Fifth Days of
August
One thou*
sand seven hundred and fifty-seven, and registered in the Register of
Tailzies at
Edinburgh
the Ninth Day of the said Month of August, and
in the Books of Council and Session the Nineteenth Day of
September
in the Year aforesaid, settle and entail to and in favour of them the saids
Mrs.
Isabel Dick
and Sir Andrew Lauder Spouses, and longest Liver of
them Two in Liferent, for their Liferent Use allenarly, and after the
Decease of the longest Liver of them Two, to Andrew Lauder alias Dick
their Second Son and the Heirs of his Body, whom failing, to
George
Lauder their Third Son and the Heirs of his Body, whom failing, to
James
Lauder their Fourth Son and the Heirs of his Body, whom foiling, to
