Northampton Company and

is expeclient that provision should
be made in respect of such stocks (in this
Act
referred to as
“the trust stocks
”)
as in this
Act
provided

And whereas the Korthampton Company
or
their under-
taking is not subject
to
any
mortgages
or debentnrcs
other than
the said

and Korth Western Bailmay in
perpetuity

And whereas the rail~vays
of
the Korthampton Company

a
continuous line
with
the railways
of
the Company and
afford through comniuiiicatioii ancl connections with several
trunk lines

And whereas the railways of the Worthainpton Company
could be worked and managed more efficiently and ecoiioniically
by
the Company:
And whereas the Northampton Company and the Company
have entered into the agreement
