The Superannuation (Admission to the Principal Civil Service Pension Scheme) Order 1995

The Minister for the Civil Service, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(5) and section 1(8)(a) of the Superannuation Act 19721and now vested in him2, hereby makes the following Order:—
