S. lease pur 21 anus al Brown, reddendo, & solvendo inde annuatim, durante termino prifi-dicto, al dit J. S. & ses assigns, taut rent; lessee enter, & apres J. S. levy un fine al Yateman, a q, Brown, le lessee, attourne, p que fuit seise, & apres 11 Jac. un Heron port un prseeipe vers Yateman, &c. & ^ issint un common-recovery pass ; et ils trove, q, c recovery fuit al use de Yateman, & ses heirs, & apres Yateman grant le recovery al Tho. Sury, en c^ le droit, &c. pur 14 arms, a quel grant lessee attourn, & pur rent arrere, apres le grant, le prisel, &e. Sur demurrer les poynts move fuer trois.
