The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, by virtue and in exercise of the powers in that behalf by the Foreign Jurisdiction Act 1890(a) or otherwise in Her Majesty vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—

Citation, construction and commencement.

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Swaziland (Amendment) Order 1966 and shall be construed as one with the Swaziland Orders 1963 to 1965(b).

(2) The Swaziland Orders 1963 to 1965 and this Order may be cited together as the Swaziland Orders 1963 to 1966.

(3) This Order shall come into operation on 27th September 1966.

Amendment of the Swaziland Order in Council 1963.

2. Section 25 of the Swaziland Order in Council 1963(c), as amended by the Swaziland (Amendment) Order 1965(d), is amended by deleting the words "and not less than five nor more than seven" and substituting therefor the words "and not less than five nor more than eight".
