[1] In Swift Advances v McKay & Walker [2011] NICh 2 I gave leave for these
two defendants to appeal from the Orders of the Chancery Master of 29 June 2010
granting to the plaintiff company possession of their respective dwelling houses.
[2] Both men had been declared bankrupt but both have subsequently been
discharged by effluxion of time.
