Professions–Accountants–Disciplinary proceedings–Disciplinary Committee's order for accountant to be removed from register–Whether removal justified

The appellant accountant had been found guilty by the Disciplinary Committee of grave impropriety in a professional respect, and his name was ordered to be removed from the Register of Accountants. The High Court and Court of Appeal dismissed the appellant's appeal and the appellant appealed to the Privy Council.

Held, dismissing the appeal:

There was no substance whatever in any of the points raised by the appellant. The appeal would thus be dismissed for the reasons given in each of the judgments below.
