The Civil Contingencies Act 2004 (Contingency Planning) (Amendment) Regulations 2011

The Minister for the Cabinet Office, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(3) and (5) and 17(6) of the Civil Contingencies Act 20041, makes the following Regulations:
