(1) — These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Procedure Rules 1998 (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 and come into force on exit day.(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.(3) A reference in these Regulations to a rule or Part by number alone is a reference to the rule or Part so numbered in the Civil Procedure Rules 1998 The Civil Procedure Rules 1998 are amended as set out in regulations 3 to 16.
