The Community Trade Mark (Amendment) Regulations 2008

Laid before Parliament 23th July 2008
Coming into force 1st October 2008
The Secretary of State makes the following regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 52 of the Trade Marks Act 19941.
Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Community Trade Mark (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and shall come into force on 1st October 2008.
Amendment of the Community Trade Mark Regulations
2. In regulation 4(2) of the Community Trade Mark Regulations 20062for the words “rules 31 to 37, 54 to 62, 67 to 69 and 72 of the Trade Marks Rules 2000” there shall be substituted “rules 38 to 43, 45, 62 to 79 and 82 of the Trade Marks Rules 2008”.
