The Competition Act 1998 (Consequential Provisions) Order 2013

Laid before Parliament 15th February 2013

Coming into force 10th March 2013

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 75 of the Competition Act 19981.

S-1 Citation and commencement

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Competition Act 1998 (Consequential Provisions) Order 2013 and comes into force on 10th March 2013.

S-2 Consequential repeals and revocations

Consequential repeals and revocations

2. The provisions specified in the Schedule are repealed or revoked to the extent specified.
