The Secretary of State for Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred upon the Secretary of State by section 4(2) of the Education Act 19941hereby makes the following Order:

This Order is made under section 4(2) of the Education Act 1994. It designates LMTD Limited, a private company limited by shares and having the registration number 4882177, as a body eligible for funding under Part I of the Education Act 1994.

As a result of the Order, the Teacher Training Agency may make grants, loans, or other payments in respect of expenditure incurred or to be incurred by the designated body for the purposes of teacher training and the provision of facilities, and the carrying on of other activities, which the body considers it necessary or desirable to provide or carry on for the purpose of or in connection with the provision of teacher training.
