The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 1(2) of the Education Act 20051, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
1. This Order may be cited as the Education (Inspectors of Schools in England) (Amendment) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 15th December 2005.
2. In the Schedule to The Education (Inspectors of Schools in England) (No. 2) Order 2005 2the name “Richard Henry Harris” is omitted.

This Order amends The Education (Inspectors of Schools in England) (No. 2) Order 2005 by removing Richard Henry Harris as one of Her Majesty’s Inspectors of Schools in England.
