(1) This Order may be cited as the Extradition Act 2003 (Designation of Part 2 Territories) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 1st January 2004.(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Extradition Act 2003.(1) The territories set out in paragraph (2) are hereby designated for the purposes of Part 2 of the Act.(2) Those territories are—(1) The territories set out in paragraph (2) are hereby designated for the purposes of section 71(4) , 73(5) , 84(7) and 86(7) of the Act.(2) Those territories are—
