  • These Regulations may be cited as the Fertilisers and Pesticides (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Miscellaneous Amendments etc.) Regulations 2019 and come into force on exit day.
    • (1) The EC Fertilisers (Scotland) Regulations 2006 in the heading, for “EC” substitute “ UK ”,for paragraph (1) substitute—
    • (1) No manufacturer shall place on the market a fertiliser designated as a UK fertiliser unless—
    • (a) it is of a type listed in Annex 1 (list of types of UK fertilisers) , and
    • (b) the manufacturer is established in accordance with Article 4 (establishment within the United Kingdom) .
