The Financial Services (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Financial Services (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.(2) This regulation and regulations 2, 3, 5, 6, 11 and 16 come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.(3) Regulations 7 to 10, 12 to 14 and 17 come into force immediately before IP completion day.(4) Regulations 4, 15 and Part 3 come into force on IP completion day.
