The Freedom of Information (Additional Public Authorities) Order 2005
Made 29th December 2005
Laid before Parliament 16th January 2006
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by subsections 4(1), 4(6) and 7(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, and after consultation with the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland and National Assembly for Walesin accordance with section 4(7) of the Freedom of Information Act, hereby makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Freedom of Information...
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Freedom of Information (Additional Public Authorities) Order 2005.
(2) Except for the purposes of Articles 3 and 5, this Order shall come into force on 7th February 2006.
(3) Articles 3 and 5 of this Order shall come into force on 1 June 2006.
(4) In this Order, “the Act” means the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
