case 294. the kino against williams and others. On an indictment for a rescue a writ must be shewn. Indictment for rescuing Borlace out of the sheriff's custody in the Inner Temple ; which sets forth, that a latitat issued forth against Borlace, ternino Sanctce Trinitatis, whereon he was arrested, arid they rescued him; and the indictment was quashed, because it does not appear that any legal latitat issued out, there being no such term us Sanctce Trinitatis. (a) Hard. 505.
