The Official Statistics (Scotland) Amendment Order 2010
Made 14th December 2010
Coming into force in accordance with article 1
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(1)(b)(ii) and (2) of the Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 6(3) of that Act, they have consulted the Statistics Board.
In accordance with section 65(6)(a) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.

Citation and commencementCitation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Official Statistics (Scotland) Amendment Order 2010, and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

2. In the Schedule to the Official Statistics (Scotland) Order 2008, where alphabetically appropriate, insert the persons listed in the Schedule to this Order.
