(1) The title of this Order is the Official Statistics (Wales) Order 2017.(2) This Order comes into force on 23 November 2017.
  • The Official Statistics (Wales) Order 2013
    • (1) Subject to paragraph (2) , the statistics produced, or to be produced, by the persons listed in the Schedule are official statistics for the purpose of Part 1 of the Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007.(2) Official statistics in this Order do not include statistics which have the meaning in section 6(1) (a) of that Act.
